Non-Delivery: If the final product is not delivered to the customer within the promised delivery timeframe, they may be eligible for a refund.

Deviation from Desired Product: If the final product substantially differs from the desired design as agreed upon during the project briefing and consultation, customers may be eligible for a refund.

Significant Variation from Source Material: If the final design deviates significantly from the source material provided by the customer (by more than 20%), they may be eligible for a refund.

It is important to note that customers must report their concerns to team@dessignip.com and request a refund within 24 hours after placing an order, typically within a reasonable period from the delivery of the final product. Additionally, customers may be required to provide supporting evidence or documentation to substantiate their claims.
